OMG!!!

OMG.....

my weight is up....very bad....

smlm..nk jd kn cerita,aq ngn dak clas msuk mock ward....

aq sbgai stdent nurse msti g mock ward utk prakris ape yg dh blaja...

so smlm aq nmpak penimbang....

so aq decide,g larh timbang berat bdn.....

after that,i make result my weight is ...tut.......

so,i calculate the BMI...

for stdent nurse we must know calculate BMI....

my total BMI is overweight....

huhuhuh...so bad....

so i must change my life style....

then i decide i want loss my weight in this month...

i want make the result BMI is normal.....

so sad...

must change...
